The time to receive your custom furniture is 8-12 weeks based on your location. Due to COVID, custom orders could take up to 20 weeks to be received.

Construction:
Nantuckit Furniture Company attempts to build and deliver your custom furniture to you as soon as possible. In most cases, if fabric is on hand, your furniture will arrive at most continental US locations in 8-12 weeks depending on your location and manufacturer production times. West coast locations take a bit longer to arrive than east coast locations. Although rare, fabric and seasonal delays can occur.

 

Delivery:
Slipcovered and Upholstered: Our 'white glove' delivery service will call to schedule a mutually convenient time to deliver your furniture. Our delivery service will usually agree to hold the furniture for up to two weeks. If you schedule a delivery date later than 2 weeks, a storage fee of $15 per week may be charged. Our delivery partner will bring your furniture up a maximum 2 flights of stairs, place in desired location, and remove packing materials. We cannot move or take away existing furniture. Please have your existing furniture removed prior to delivery.
